HDC® from NovaFlex is the most advanced & highest performing coupling of it's type available today. Often referred to generically as dry break, dry disconnect, or self sealing couplings, HDC® is fully interchangeable with other brands conforming to the dimensional requirements of STANAG 3756PHE, yet offers significant safety, quality, performance, and life cost serviceability advantages.   1. Faster loading and discharge times - Flow optimised valve and body forms offer flow and pressure drop advantages of up to 30% compared to other designs.

  2. Connect and disconnect at high pressure - All HDC® sizes & material options will connect and disconnect up to full operating pressure of 25 bar / 362 psi

  3. Ease of servicing and reduced life cost - HDC® couplers have only two primary service seals, and offer a rapid field service feature. Combined with the comprehensive HDC® servicing and support package, long term reliability is assured, and replacement costs reduced.

  4. Superior swivel function and strength - All HDC® couplers feature durable twin ball race hose / arm swivels to protect your hoses and equipment. Additionally, constant low torque operation and ease of operation is assured, even at low temperatures, via a spring energised seal system.

  5. Optional manual safety lock - To provide additional security to prevent unintentional coupling disconnection. This advanced lock design engages automatically on connection, requiring a simple but deliberate action to disengage.

  6. Ergonomic handle design - enables ease of use with safety gloves, and a secure operator experience. Couplers can be operated with one or two handles to suit the application, and their modular design ensures ease of replacement if damaged.
